Deck The Halls

Jingle bells, jingle bells, jingle all the way!!

MMMM.... I smell Christmas, the sweet aroma of Starbucks Eggnog Lattes.

MMMM.....I hear Christmas, the sound of Sarah Mclaughin's new wintersong cd.

MMMM... I taste Christmas,  wonderful gingerbread, to get me in the Christmas spirit.

Well apparently Christams is in the air and we are getting ready for the season. The tree is up, the presents are bought, and I hit a parked car....wait..... hmmm.. that last ones not very Christmasy. But alas it is true, I hit a parked car at work the other day with my Mazda 3. Heres the kicker, It was the managers car I hit....but on the upside it was her last day.... sooo... in the spirit of giving I was blessed with the oppurtunity to give $2000 of our hard earned cash to the bodyshop. Now, both cars are getting fixed and everything is back to normal. Well, almost normal, our savings account might not ever recover.

On the upside Christams is coming and Its great to spend it with my new bride... Heres a question??? How long are you considered a newlywed??? any answers?

Peace to all..

Vonage Is For Suckers....

I am a sucker.

Some say that there is one born every minute, and to that I can attest is me.

Background:

A few days ago the Stimpson household recieved its cell phone bill in the mail. Alas it was much to high. Were talking double digits here. So in a flash of brillnane I heard the Vonage theme humming in my head. You know the one, "do do dooo do do, do do doo doo do". So I called up Vonage and asked to be hooked up. Almost immediatley problems started to arise. Firstly not being able to get a dialtone, then problem after problem arose. I called there customer tech line 5 times and recieved no real help. I kept being told that the problem would be fixed in 48 hours. 56 hours later still no working phone. A few more calls to there tech support line gave no answers and not once did I recieve an apology for the way things were going.

Today:

Surely my Vonage would be fixed now! After all it is 96 hours after my inital complaint. NO DEAL... I called Vonage once again and told them the situation... once again they siad it would be fixed, so I waited and waited and still no dice. So in a final effort I called once again! This time I was hung up on. Sure it was probably accidently but nonetheless im done. No apologies no working phone. Do not make the same mistake..... Vonage is for suckers and Im thorugh being one...... "In my opinion, Vonage is fit for the pit"....

Tomorrow:

Im going to give shaw digital a try lets hope this works and if I hear that Vonage theme song once more I think I just might go postal (not for real)..

Winters coming....

Today I sit idle at my desk. Selling cars has its benefits. But it also has its drawbacks. The winter season is like the calm after the storm.

So we look to more exciting things, such as life beyond work. The fun that will bw had this Christmas as I spend it with my beautiful wife. As for now, things are good. I have undertaken a new addiction. Not smoking, or crack, something much more addicting.... a little TV show on DVD, called "Prision Break"... All I can say is thank you Andrew Jespersen.... This has to be the best television show that I have ever watched, and dare i say it?.. it might even be better than "Lost"....

In other news... we have decided on a puppy and we will be getting one shortly after Christmas. A lot of frustration has been made on trying to decide but at the end of the day a Basset hound is the Winner..So in 2 short months we will be adding a 3rd party to the Stimpson household Rocco the Houd...

Thanks for stopping by and leave a comment if you feel led...

Latley I have been checking out google video and looking for exciting things to watch.......

Last week I came across a documentary entitled loose change about 9 /11.......I was entrigued and decided to give it a watch.

An hour later I was in shock as this video brought forth some very interesting facts and interviews from September 11th.

In a nutshell, the film is what seems to be at first, a conspirancy theory about the destruction of the World Trade Centers. Howver... after watching the entire thing and thinking through it logically it might be more than just a conspiracy...

Please check it out, its a long video but well worth the time.....

Heres the link.. give it a watch and let me know your  thoughts and comments..
